To approve the accounts for 2002 Jo told the council that the accounts had been audited, and previous treasurers commented that this was the first time that audited accounts would be presented to the APCM. Jo remarked that giving had been higher during 2002 than in previous years and that spending had been down. More money had been given to outreach. However, we had been unable to pay £5301 of the parish share. As yet there was no indication of the share for 2003, but the Mursley Deanery overall was expecting an increase of 7%. Charles proposed and Nick seconded a motion that the accounts be approved. The motion was passed nem. con. |
